I do not... the only limitation I know of is that games bought in Brazil can only be gifted to the countries on the list above, hopefully those are the ones where the difference doesn't reach 10%

The groups I've joined so far seem to have a lack of latin americans, wich sucks since steam locks any game bought in brazil to that area and my giveaways end up really empty. If you are from any country on the list below just post anything down in the comments and I might add you.
