Not to mention the fact that these idiots openly promote grey market key sellers. Why would any GOOD publisher want to deal with scum like this? I still can't believe SG is doing a big giveaway with these sleezebags.

Always a pleasure to popularize or invent strange phrases.

By the way, I've been streaming this game, you can check out the VODs. It's in russian, but I guess you may get some impression.

As for me, this single game worth 8 bucks

I've enjoyed all of the Hard Truck games, for $8 you could probably get both of the HT: Apocalypse games when they're on sale. Hard to say $8 for it is fine when a few weeks ago you could get Rig N Roll plus some decent games for less than that.

not very interested in the games, the usb looks kinda cool though. then again, just as easy to fit one (or more) of the micro style drives in your wallet without the credit card 'cover' (though it could fall out i suppose) , and they dont even mention it's capacity... lol

About Adam's Venture: Yes, it had three episodes so far, dunno if there will be any others in future.
But back on topic: 8 bucks for non-Steam games... Nope, thank you.

This stuff isn't expensive. Round up some desperate game developers, get some basic web infrastructure going... and you're golden. Also, no need to give charities a cut, so all the cash (minus transaction fees) goes back to you and your partners.

I wonder how much % the devs get and how much IFK pockets. Just looking at their sales history, I'm wondering if working at Mc'Donalds would yield a higher profit and also some free fries.

Laughably bad.
Indie Face Kick? Indie Nutsack Kick more like: "Games so insipid you'll feel like you've been punted in the family jewels"
Let's hope the next bundle is a bit more inspiring...

The fact they don't mention anything about the capacity suggests these drives are of a similar calibre to the bundled games...

Well, that's pretty horrible. I feel bad for them, even though I dislike them the most from the "indie bundle scene", if there's even such a thing. I mean, they were advertising their second bundle in the Groupees support chat 1 or 2 months ago, and that's extremely low, but slightly over a hundred sells in a week is harsh, even for them.
I'm not sure about their reaction (or more like the lack of it) to this. Maybe they take defeat like a boss, saying that they could save this with lowering the minimum, but they ain't doing so. Or maybe they're more ambitious than they should be... who knows. In any ways, there's plenty wrong with this bundle so it's unlikely they can fix it significantly.

Hahaha! This x 1,000.
The company seem like real lowlifes, advertising on competitor forums etc. While $8 for six games might seem like passable value, their competitors (Humble, Royale, etc) offer much better games at lower prices. Eight dollars buys you a lot of game these days, with so many sales, and a very competitive marketplace. The sales figures speak for themselves.
IFK have totally misjudged the market, and people's willingness to stump up money for the gaming equivalent of a well-aimed kick in the teeth.

Yep, here be the third of their bundles. This time it's all DRM free, without Steam and Desura, which may or may not turn people off from it. For me, it doesn't really make a difference. The games are:
Adam's Venture - Unreal 3 engine based adventure game, which sounds exactly my kind of thing. Too bad it doesn't indicate if it's just the first episode of a series or it has a complete pack. Then again, does this game even have another episode?
Desert Gunner - Not sure about this... Is it a rail shooter? Wow, havent seen a new rail shooter in ages, this might be worth checking out.
Hard Truck: Apocalypse - Title says all... Haven't even heard of this one.
Hell Forces - Looks like a solid shooter with a Painkiller-esque graphic style. Metascore is scary though.
Operation Matriarchy - Oh, this must be a pregnancy simulator. Ehh, another shooter you say? This one's more sci-fi. Not particularly interested.
The Entente: Battlefields World War - An old RTS dug up from the dark corners of the Internet, this is something I never heard about before (again) and it seems like a general RTS; nothing less, nothing more.
Minimum price is $8, but last time they asked that much we got 8 games, not 6. Still an insanely good deal, it's just that the games remind me of dirty hobos inviting me into their tents at the edge of some town to have fun, and it doesn't look very comforting. It may be a circus, or a rape bazaar, only way of finding out which is to go inside.
That being said, I'll wait with this; I'll wait a lot. I have all the time in the world since this will be live for 40 days. Go figure.
Thoughts?
EDIT - Just announced on their Steam Group that this is going to be the last of the IFKs:
"Hey all loyal GATT alumni. This is just to let you know, this IFK is going to be the last. Why? There are simply too many bundles out there absorbing all of the great games and as such we can't appeal to the market in the way we wanted. So grab your limited edition USB card while you can because once this sale is over IFK is going the way of the dinosaurs!
We thank you all for being members of GATT, and look forward to still seeing you around the community.
We are moving on to our next project which will have details soon."
Well, can't say I didn't see it coming.
