I can think of a few things.
sfc /scannow
, then run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
and once that is done run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
. Then check if your application runsI had this a few months back

Just tried... It didn't work (didn't crash with Dying Light but crashed with Mad Max). :T

I did. Also my last resource will be a clean install of Windows...

It seems like you already tried every sensible solution :D I would just reinstall Windows if it's not too much trouble. Because even if you fix this error you might have new weird ones later if you can't find why it happened in the first place.

this looks to me to be some form off cross-fix of stuff you already tried, but idk maybe you get lucky.

No luck so far... I already went to a tech support and they tested my GPU in many many ways and looks like it is the GPU problem. I'm going to contact the store to return it.

See if lowering the clock and RAM speed on your graphics card makes it more stable, aka underclocking. I assume your CPU is not oc'ed?
If you have warranty on the card (i.e it's new and problem only appeared since then) refund it or have it replaced.

I never could get a stable computer with the Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 OC 4GB. I finally returned it (after tinkering with the computer for a week) and the replacement (same make and model) has been working flawlessly.

I had to make that as my final decision... I did contact store this afternoon. I went to a tech support this morning, explained everything and they stressed out my GPU and they found out that it was the GPU problem. They changed my GPU and put another one and everything went fine... They tested the GPU in another PC, same error... Definitively the GPU. Mistery solved. :P

My final decision was return the GPU to the store to replace it.
After some 3DMark tests, local tech support found that it was the GPU problem.
They tested another GPU in my setup, everything went fine.
They tested my GPU in another setup, crashed as usual.
So, if anyone is getting this problem and already tried the options in this thread: it is a GPU problem.
Thank you everyone who helped me out on this! Whitelisted you all! :D

Have you ever experienced this error message?
Any idea of what is causing this error?
I'm trying to find out what is the deal with my graphic cards...
This only happens with games. Already tested a few here like GTA V, Dying Light and Mad Max.
They all crash after a while (sometimes more than 5h, sometimes in 5m)...
I'm almost calling warranty coverage, but first I'll have to make sure that is not my fault.
What I've tried so far?
My setup?
