One question about contribution.

i've contributed 24.99 $ yet(my profile showed that i have 24.99$ value,and 20$ of them are private and i am sure that have enough people entered),but i still can't enter the SG over 4.99$, by the way,20$ of them were marked received just now ,i need to wait for some time?

I also have a question. I have contributed 60$ but my value is only 30$ Last gift was sent almost 2 weeks ago and it has been marked as received.
