He's right though. I've won two fake giveaways and each time I knew pretty soon after I won it that it was probably fake. The ability to hide that bar would be great.
Also, I wish the "you have a giveaway that's ended" bar would be blue or something, sometimes people are hard to reach and that bar gets annoying.

Nah, it does get "a little" annoying after multiple days but with the odds of actually winning in most giveaways is so miniscule that it's still nice to see that bar.

Definitely appreciate it even though I was a bit worried there, just wish the site gave a way to turn off the bar once you see it if the gifter is delayed for some reason. Though dang, SG really also didn't want me to mark as received as well, took around 10 tries to do so.

Though you have seen one like it, you get a similar one when one of your giveaways ends and that one can taunt as well.

It does help to a degree because you get more giveaways to enter when you have some. The more giveaways you enter, the more chances for random to pick you out. Only thing I do is enter everything I am interested in and check forums for hidden stuff. There was actually a private forum one with $50 value on it that only ended up with 5 entries and I won it.

That is one way! But sadly isn't the "Congratulations, you are the winner of a giveaway..." green bar. But I still hold to the fact that giving anything helps towards some wins. Heck, give some Fortix, there's loads of people who still want it even with the mass giveaway that just happened.

I just hate it when you win something and it takes a long time for the person to send it. It's been 2 days already and every time I see the bar I just have to check and then go "oh, it's just that one."
Just wish the bar would go away already! I just want to experience the awesomeness that is Fortix!
