Btw: it's possible to change the sounds and texts from German to English, I've done so myself (use google).

I have the "uncut" (Also there is no cut version. Steam is just trolling.) version of it and I'm German. The only difference is, that the language of the DE version includes German and that the ROW version doesn't have German language. Steam was unable to put them together. Similar case is Dead Space 2, that you can buy on origin, but not on Steam, because lazyness.

I received one ago, and when activated on steam, it just said that german language only available in Germany, and it came up to be english version.
