Help cant Enter Vanguard Dlc giveaway(Have Base game)

I try enter the vanguard dlc but the dlc giveaway keep saying you must have the base game i have the base game for it anyone know how to fix this bug?

Pretty sure you should be able to enter after you force a Sync on your account .
