Giveaways didnt increase the value?

you only gave away bundle game, the limit is 30.00 $ for bundle games.

Give away games that weren't in a bundle, simple as that. If you give away only bundled games (marked with a * in the drop down menu during giveaway creation), you will never go above $30.

While the cap is $30, bundle games above that can still count for up to %20 of your total.

So, for instance, supposing you gave away $40 in bundle games and nothing else. Your total would be $30, because you've hit the $30 cap.

However, let's say you then give away a $4 non-bundle game. Your total will become $35, because out of the $5 above $30, $1 can come from your bundle games.

This system prevents people from flooding steamgifts with incredibly cheap bundle games and ensures that contributor value still has at least some reasonable connection to the amount you actually spent.

(However, note that games bought while they're on sale still count for full value. So if you want to pump your contributor value cheaply, find good sales, buy the games from there, and give them away.)
