It's Steamworks? Yes, It's SteamPlay? Yes. This means it works on PC and Mac, you just have to look at the Steam Store.

This http://store.steampowered.com/app/214630/ is how looks a Mac only game, key will work on PC, but you won't be able to play. And this http://store.steampowered.com/app/49520/ is how a PC/Mac game looks, it says Steamplay, also can be Linux instead of Mac, or all 3.
