Duplicate code: what should I do?

SO I just received a Crazy Machines code from winning, but when I try to redeem it, it says me duplicate code.
I sent a mail to the giveaway owners, but I must do something else?

If he does not respond in a week, mark as not recieved

Wait for them to respond. If they don't respond in a reasonable amount of time mark as not received.

When I had that problem long time ago one of the support members set it to "not received" so I wouldnt be trolled by the banner for a week
