Probably something with the publisher: Black Tower Entertainment. All their games have been removed from Steam.
Encased: A Sci-Fi Post-Apocalyptic RPG was the only game that was moved under a different publisher.

If i remember correctly, the publisher was doing something shady that got them kicked off steam and the devs recently got the rights to self-publish their game. Not 100% on this, but should be the basic idea

Try contacting them on their Discord. I didn't even get an approval email when I applied a month ago, but they DMed me a key right away after they checked my email address.

BTW on GoG (https://www.gog.com/en/game/sin_slayers_reign_of_the_8th) there is info:
"If you own the original Sin Slayers on GOG, Sin Slayers: Reign of The 8th will be automatically added to your account."
I have original "Sin Slayers" there, but as far "Sin Slayers: Reign of The 8th " still is absent in my GoG library.
EDIT: It looks that at GoG have only "Sin Slayers: The First Sin" and info at https://gg.deals/game/sin-slayers-the-first-sin/ there is info: "Sin Slayers: The First Sin is a free demo of Sin Slayers...". So I was wrong while writing that I have original "Sin Slayers" in my GoG library.

With future release of Sin Slayers: Reign of The 8th, original owner of the Delisted version Sin Slayers can get the remastered version at release by completing this form
You will need your steam account (SteamID), a screenshot that proves you have the original game and a e-mail for receiving the new game key at the release.
Completed on my side yesterday, and get a positive reply today.
