They were quick to write back the only time I've needed to contact them but that was before Bad Juju took over the running of Desura and therefore IR too from Linden Lab.Might be a different story now, no idea if ther customer service is handled by the same people or not.
Just checking my old mails now for what it's worth. I wrote. and got an automated email response with a case number the very same minute I sent mine. 30 minutes later I got a reply from a human being.

Anyone here ever had to deal with IndieRoyale support? I had an issue with an older purchase of a Mystery Bundle 3, i only activated 4 of the games and forgot to activate the rest, now when i remembered and tried all the keys are giving a Duplicate Key error. Wrote IR support like 4 days ago and still no answer. Anyone know how long they usually take to answer?
