It has appeared in some scenes, whereby Morgan wrote clear everywhere on the streets and at his home. This started after his son died and he started killing everyone on sight.
In this video, he goes back to that clear phase after he lost Benjamin and you can see it written at 0:15 for example
He also said it when he attacked Rick at 1:19
