This is true, if you give away a game before it gets bundled, you get full CV. That said, there are cases when games get retroactively added to the bundle list, which happened with Shadow Warrior (this seem to be due to a pricing exploit that happened around that time).

Yes. Dont get me wrong it was my own decision to giveaway that Game. But i did it because it was non bundled. If steamgifts fucked it up to mark this game as "bundled" its not my fault or? I usually giveaway bundled games because i dont really care of them. But i spent 4 bucks on a title and get 4 bucks. Not really worth it to be honest.

True that. That is maybe the only reason why im not upset about it. I made someone happy. But still. The Main reason was to get lvl 4 and my 40 CV. I checked if the game was bundled before and Steamgifts said no. That's the frustrating part. I will do it like the most people here, giveaway some 9 cent bundled Trash to get 75 cent CV. Worth it.

it was 80% off recently, but in russia R3 Complete Pack was 139 rub (approx 1.98 USD), and that's -95% off US price. Same goes for Franchise Pack - 239 rub (3.41 USD) . That's why there is a good chance it'll end up in bundle list

It entered the bundle with the date of 2014 November. If there is a script, which checks, when did you create the GA, so it'd know if you created it before or after it has been bundled (but I still can't belive, that there is such a script), it works with 2014 November. Your GA ended 1 week ago. Even if it was added now, according to the system, it should be there since 2014 November.

there's no rule about bundle itself.
it can be bundled at any time marked as bundle at any time by any reason, retroactively inclusive.
usually it's because 95% discounts, but can be 66%, 70%, 80%, 90% either.

From what I understand, practically every game that gets about 85-90% off on Steam, will turn up eventually on the bundles-list, since 90% off the Russian price is likely more than 95% off the regular US-Price.
