I'm not sure what you consider default rules then, since I have no multiple wins nor any non-activations or VAC bans.
But it's your train, therefore your rules... anyway, it's all good. :-)

Apparently there is a problem recognicing the activation of the Arcane RE/PRE/Whatever Raise DLCs

That's not a problem for those, there is just no way of recognizing owned dlc's.
That's why the text below says "Steam API has problems identifying some owned DLCs, so the following ones are probably activated!".
