Buy it and Stack it?
Merry Humble Holidays! I'm tempted to stack but I've paused so many times in the past year that my 1 year subscription will be more like 18 months. I will say it is better than paying full price :3

Better than full price. But they've done so many specials/deals/discounts on it (I got a $20 off early in the year), do you want to pay that when you still have ~10 months?

lol.. Ya, I got some credit on my account as well for converting from monthly to yearly. That credit is still on my account since you can't use it for the weekly bundles. Someday I will buy something and remember to check if Humble has it for the same price and use some of that up.
At least this is a proper discount. Not a credit to be used on the store.

I have a feeling you would be able to pick it up again next year around BF or XMAS for roughly the same cost

I'd say be wary of stacking the monthly, since I recently saw there's a stack limit (think it was in regards to the $99 deal), might be worth looking into.
If you don't enjoy the monthly games then why keep subbing? Unless you can afford it to wait for a monthly you'll enjoy, then stay subbed, I guess.

I think the stack limit was if you currently have 20 months not if this puts you over. I'll have to check. I have not looked to much into it yet.
I do enjoy them. I think there has only been 1 month that did not have something I wanted. Jan is an exception. I've never paused so far.

From what I've seen from all the circulating gifs and screenshots, Just Cause 3 was definitely worth $98 and no need to kick yourself about that :)
I'm also tempted for Monthly promo, but decided against buying a year subscription (I have 10 months left on current one).

I had 3 months left, so i stacked, but if had 11 months left like you i probably would wait. These offers maybe even better will appear again over the year. But in the end as always with these decisions you have to decide for yourself, we don't know your current life/job/money/timeforgames situation.

They offered the $99 to new people but not us. I created a new account and gifted it to myself to get Dec. But I will likely pause Jan as Just Cause 3 was actually the first game I bought on Steam.

My records say I paid $97.98 Can for it. (I see regular price is $34.99 Can now)
Still it was worth it. Many hours spent playing but I've not played since 2016. Yet I've only scratched the surface of it. There is a lot of ground I have not even been to yet. So I'm ok with it.
Sorta.... but no more full price games for me.
But Go play that one if you get the January Monthly....
Where was I going with this.... right... HB now has the $99 for existing subs. Hmm. I'm temped even though I've only used a month of the gift I bought myself.
So another year on top of the just started one for approx $130 Can (instead of approx $176 Can) if I do it now.
Thoughts? Anyone stack like this?
