Hey there..I made a HL2-Giveaway and I sent out the Copy via Steam (E-Mail). Today the game was gone from my inventory, so I decided to add the winner. Bad...he isn't speaking a single word in english..and i tried to explain that he has to mark the games as received, cause I dont want bad rep here. He answered on russian the whole time so i tried to translate it with Google. But doing that is like showing a six year old rocket science and I didn't get all the words he said.. So...what can I do now?
He's offline for now and I don't think he'll come back actually..

That is why I suggest to add a "registration code" to the registration process - the single digits of the code have to be randomly spread across the FAQ, so you are actually forced to read the FAQ.
Of course the code would have to change on a regular basis (a daily basis would be easy to implement, a per-user basis might be a little tricky).

Those who care not to get familiar with the rules, will just glance through quickly to find any noticable numbers and letters without actual reading. it won't help really, but expect a lot of raging (can't find letters/numbers, found but they don't work, etc).
