Damn. Made it all the way over to Paypal and got "payment authorization failed." Argh! I hate all this regional crap.

I installed Firefox and noscript to do this and don't know how to disable it in this browser, or if that's even the problem. Everything seems to work fine until Paypal sends me back to the Origin store after clicking "Pay now." Then I get the error. Odd thing is, I'm logged in at the Polish Origin store, yet it still asks me to fill-in all the personal info.
Edit: Found where to disable javascript. Didn't work.

Worked for me, I just disabled js on origin.com (using yescript, I prefer it to noscript) to avoid being redirected away from the Polish locale. Other than that, no proxies or other tricks.

I'm guessing it has to do with the information not matching. I'm logged in, but am having to put my personal info in again, and since there's no USA in the dropdown menu, I'm having to pick another country (I used Polski). Maybe Paypal isn't accepting that or something because it doesn't match. I dunno, it's all I can think of. I'm doing everything else exactly the same as everyone else.

I used 100% real information to sign up (and my usual Paypal account) and I'm from Europe, but not from Poland. Try picking USA as your country, which seems to be called "Stany Zjednoczone".

How about the pack on greenman gaming?
http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/br/en/pc/games/action/sleeping-dogs-pack/
How much does it cost and how can I circumvent it? Tried all sorts of ID's with the tor network, always get region lock error...! :-(

It's not on sale anymore. When it was on sale, it was ~$22

Wow, lots of steps for some reason, and for some reason I had to input my address information again, but... yay! Thanks :-D
Edit:
I got the email immediatelly, but it fell in my spam box, so check it people...! Also, I got the key in the purchase confirmation screen after paypal, didn't need to wait for the email...

Bought it from Brazil using Firefox + noscript and it worked just fine.
R$ 8,92, para meus conterrâneos.

It seems that when buying a second one with the same account you don't get the key.

So, when you launch the game from steam, does it launch Origin as well ?
I mean, does the game need to be redeem on both platform ? Or I can give the key to one of my friend who will redeem it on steam and redeem the same key myself on origin ? (2 copies for the same price)

you buy it on origin and it is attached to your origin account. you also get a product key by email (or on origin) that is a regular steam key.
I'm not sure if you can play the game from origin without running steam, but steam will never require origin to be running for this game.

Thanks for posting this but it also posed another big question for me:
I bought SleepingDogs and installed Origin for the first time (had account for about 4 years, used to play F2P back in the day) to check the product key to make sure I'm looking at the right one. I access my origin library and that's what I see:
Bonus Game? How? Why? WTF?
So it seems that Sims 3 was sitting on my Origin account for 4 years O_o I have no idea how it got there or even if it's a full version - did EA make some kind of a promotion that they gave every Origin account a copy of Sims3? Also, is the code listed on the product information page a steam code like in the Sleeping Dogs case? I would much appreciate some info on this cause for now I have no idea what's going on O-O

and if they would they price it with the us price which is about 8,50$

It gives you a steam key.
You must access to the offer using a proxy or using the method that you preffer. Then you'll be able to redeem the key as usual.
Clicky
I've seen the deal in Reddit. Thanks to Leaffar.
