4 years ago I quit joining GAs because

Well just because I barely win any gifts aside from group GAs, but now 3 consecutive wins O_O amazeballs! nothing here, sorry for wasting your time, I just can't believe it.

back then It was really impossible to win, I guess more people are joining back then. now there's higher chance of winning since there are lots of GA with only 100-200 entries. Also I'm addicted with the puzzle section, I dont even bother the giveaway I just wanna solve the puzzle LOL

really? according to my stats yesterday I have like 40% chance of winning, I won 2 giveaways yesterday, and the day before yesterday I won a public GA with 10,000 entries. O_O

no, not really :P
only thing that matters for your personal odds is entries per copy - for example, that public GA was giving away 500 copies, your odds of winning were around 1 in 25

why do I think I'm doing the wrong thing when I think I put the letters correctly and matched the exact same things on the pics, yet everything is wrong I think I'm doing the wrong thing, or atleast puting my answers on wrong place.

was talking about the HOGS! example HOG01 link the keywords I got there I put in question 1 from http://www.itstoohard.com/puzzle/LVbbJwJS but all are wrong! I'm pretty sure I matched it correctly.

edit: rlcd4wzx <-- thats what i got from HOG01 I don't think its wrong.

Weee! Congrats on the wins. Perhaps the winter sales causes an influx in giveaways, and therefore decreases entries, and therefore increases your odds of winning. Or not. Enjoy your games! :D

There's no satisfaction in circlejerked wins. You always "owe" a person or a group, which is the antithesis of what a gift is and is the anathema of steamgifts. The real spirit of the site is when you're entering giveaways open to the public with thousands of entries. No debts or obligations, no "only these 4 people are worthy but I still get lots of CV for it", just simple purity. :)

It's about 4 years 9 months since I stopped joining giveaways, because I figured that I'm growing my backlog enough without that. But now... well, nothing has changed, except that my backlog is even bigger and I'm playing even less.
