Yup, it has been like this forever. Some bundles don't accept bitcoin, I assume it is up to the publishers to decide whether or not they accept it as a form of payment.
I also recall a bundle had Amazon paymens and bitcoins disabled.

I keep BTC around for some cases where payment providers like Paypal go berzerk or whatever. Which they kind of did here by disabling BTC. So in this case i'm not going to spend money here if as i would get censored stuff / less content than anyone else.The whole affair did cost Humble a full sale. Reminds me to get a prepaid CC for this kind of crap only.

I was going to buy The Humble Deep Silver Bundle 2 when I realised the bitcoin payment option wasn't there.
I found the note: All major credit cards accepted. Payments via bank account are also supported by PayPal and Amazon Payments. Bitcoin payments have been disabled for the Humble Deep Silver Bundle 2.
PS: Also happens with The Capcom Bundle
