Also, note that you did not actually receive a strike. It was just a warning, being the first time your account is put on notice... the strike effects only occur, as they say, "if this happens again".
Time to review your past posts, to see if any other may be flagged (keywords, associated sites, etc.). Automated algorithms have this problem, but it's there to do their best to protect their general audiences.

Thanks for the heads up!
I don't run a gaming related youtube channel, but it's good info for those that do.

UPDATE, strike disappeared when I return home, before I even managed to write an appeal. Looks like YT algorithms messed up again and got me worrying for no reason. Still, removed Indiegala links just in case they change their mind so crap like this won't happen again.

Made a small invite-only giveaway to celebrate the warning removal - https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/cB3ED/codex-of-victory What a weird way to start Spring, thanks YouTube

Just a bump to remind that giveaway will be over in a few hours

The IG YT channel video about adult bundles is age-restricted, strictly to 18+ and if the Yt video of theirs does not include uncensored pics, etc, then that was fine.
However, if your link was on a non-agerestricted video then probably that's why you had the warning.

Yeah, that's probably why that happened, but since I was mostly visiting IndieGala through direct links on bundles from our "Deals" section and don't remember when was the last time I've checked their store, I had no idea that IG was putting XXX content right on the front page. Yep, that's my bad, but I thought that IG would show such content only to registred accounts like Steam does. Anyway, warning is removed for now and I deleted the IG link from description, would be more careful with links under my videos in the future.

I have a small YouTube channel, and today I got a strike from YouTube for posting the link on Indiegala in description of my video about how to find the best Steam deals and bundles. It was not a referral link, just the direct link on IndieGala site, and video is almost year old, so I'm not sure why the hell this happened. YouTube guidelines say the following - https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9054257?hl=en-GB
So my best guess that this happened because IndieGala is selling adult bundles and games in their store? But this weird, because IndieGala has YouTube channel and they even have trailers on their adult bundles with direct links on them. Anyway, I just wanted to mention that if there's any YouTuber around here, be careful with Indiegala links in your videos, because you might get a strike for that. It's my first strike so it won't affect my channel for now, but this is still a very unpleasant surprise to receive it like that and I can't do anything about this.
Edit: Yeah, I also got email from YouTube and it's saying that Indiegala links violate YT sex and nudity policy. So be careful with putting their links in your videos, guys.
Edit2: Strike disappeared when I return home, before I even managed to write an appeal. Looks like YT algorithms messed up again and got me worrying for no reason. Still, removed Indiegala links just in case they change their mind so crap like this won't happen again.
