Does all Humble Bundle keys are region restricted?

I ask, cause I sometimes get duplicate game from Humble Bundle or Humble Monthly. How do I know if they are restricted or not?
I always set restriction as Europe - Humble Bundle, cause I don't want to give key to someone who can't activate it.

To check this I usually just click the "Gift to a friend" button and it reveals the regions.

Humble's region warnings are not reliable unfortunately... 😒
SensualShakti usually has the correct region lock info in her Humble Bundle threads though 😎

Apparently their info is provided by the publisher, but it's usually overly cautious. There often isn't even an applicable Steam sub/package that matches the region lock they display 🙄

But the publisher should know best what region locks it has. It's really weird thing. But thanks for aknowledging me with this... problem(?). Good to know :D
