What the lowest price was and what it will be are two different things...

I would make my purchase more less on what your willing to pay then how cheap you can get it as the publishers set the price not steam,so what may have been 75% off the last big sale might not be so in the next one.

Though i think it would be safe to assume the next big sale on Steam it would be at least 66% off and if your lucky 75%.

Either price and for what you paid for said game on Humble even if it was 66% off you got the game plus all dlc for cheaper then GOY on sale at 75%

Also keep an eye out for the Aspry mac version as it is Steam play so the dlc will also work on pc version.

Anyhow enjoy and good luck in finding the dlc for the price you want to pay

It was a little devilish though from them to leave the only really good DLC to the 2nd or 3rd tier…
I wonder if they would have offered a BL2 pack without the Tiny Tina's keep DLC, how many people would have said "eh, it's not worth to bother with it then".

Hey, thanks for the responses, I liked the steamdb page, I suppose the lowest prices are the ones that I can expect during summer or winter deals, right?
I'll check the Mac version.
And yeah, if I didn't have Borderlands 2 goty already, I would have bought the 3rd tier.
