Kingston HyperX Cloud vs Steelseries Siberia V2? Recommendations?

Kingston, only because Steelseries is like Apple: way too much profit margin compared to competitors.
Although if you can afford a Sennheiser or even a Razer, try that. But even Logitech has good ones for low price, if you don't want to have some fancy brand.

I have tried both and I think HyperX Cloud is a rebadge of a better headset, overall from accessories things they give you the HyperX is really nice, its closed and the sound quality is nice but a little punchy on the bass side. The Siberia V2 is decent but may or may not have a comfort fit, and the mic may or may not break overtime while the Cloud has a detachable mic as well as replaceable ear cups.

The HyperX Cloud 2 fixes all of the first one's problems you know. And while the Cloud is highly rated, a lot of notable audiophiles use the V2 as a "guilty pleasure" for gaming. Not so sure about for music with either of them though but it probably won't be so bad either way.

Pretty hard to find a better headset at the price of the first generation HyperX Cloud, there are better of course but it will cost you

if you want a really great headset i would recommend this if you have the money

I have a V2 and based on experience so far, I can only recommend it.
