In the new Trade System they require Steam authentication with mobile.

Avoid trade holds
Starting Dec 9, anyone losing items in a trade will need to have a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled on their account for at least 7 days.
Otherwise, to protect against unauthorized trades, items will be held by Steam for up to 3 days before delivery
But I already install the steam App on my mobile but I dont want the Mobile authentication.

From here : http://store.steampowered.com/mobile

Will my Trade still be hold even that I have the App on my mobile?

I think you have to activate the Steam Guard option in the mobile app, just downloading it is not enough. There is a specific process involving punching in codes in the app to activate it.

As I understand it will be necessary to have connection to the Internet to receive these codes, am I right? They come not as sms, yes?

so there is enough just to have this app and enable "Get Steam Guard codes from the Steam app on my phone", but to be offline OR not enough?

They generate automatically by app but I was able to use them even without connection, just mobile time synced with world time required.

Every time I connect on my PC I have to enter a code from Steam Guard Mobile authenticator... It's annoying...

Haven't tried that yet, but I usually don't leave password saved as my account is not the only Steam being used on my computer.
