Really minor, but still... Integers with short values (e.g. one digit month or day) that start from 0 (like below) are treated as octals, therefore 08 and 09 spawn warnings.

[Date.UTC(2016,9,03), 45],
[Date.UTC(2016,9,08), 25],
[Date.UTC(2016,9,09), 33],

Even though 03 "works", it's better to explicitly pass integers 3, 8 and 9 or at least quoted strings "08" or "09", etc.
