Is Rogue Warrior on sale somewhere ?

I noticed some giveaways so I was wondering if the game is cheap somewhere.

It seems like an interesting game to play mostly because it looks so bad :P

It was included in the Bethesda New Year Collection. If you want the collection it's just about 200$+.
