It does include the second game too.
You can get the second game on its own here but at that price may as well get the collection.

A REALLY good chunk of THQ Nordic's games are on deep discount. Embracer's really raiding those couches for all the pennies they can get.

A lot of these are great discounts, but most are cheaper in my region on Steam. I wish WinGameStore had regional pricing.
