What do you mean by the entire game will be put into your steam account? When you buy an item from the mann co. store, you just get premium(i.e you can trade) + the item(non-craftable I think). I'm not really sure what you mean...

I think that's what Proto means. When you buy anything from Mann Co, your account standing is raised to the level of that you'd have by just buying the game back in the day.
