Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced: region locked...how to find out what countries that affects?

So, it turns out that my key for Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced (from Humble) is region locked...
I'm in Europe, and it can't the activated in the USA...
Does that mean that its blocked for the whole of North and South America?

I wish keys were marked in the Humble library with region locks...would be so much easier to avoid issues.

You can check which countries it affects under "purchases" :)

If you got it from a bundle you can check sensualshakti's threads here on sg. Region locks are listed there. E.g. Humble Out in the Open World Bundle.
