I find his opinions quite valid for the most part. Even in some cases when I disagree, he usually has some support for his argument.

Although he isn't the most skilled player out there, yes. He's really bad with puzzles, he's mentioned having some sort of mental condition that makes those games particularly tricky for him.

And he does not review per se, but usually only gives his first impressions of a game. Which is what the WTF is... series is about.
