IIRC there's some more configurable settings and visually its store page info boxes are less cluttered (when not viewing multiple currencies).
AS was forked from ES at the beginning of this year, so there hasn't been a ton of time for ITAD to screw it up or enhance ES ;)
I don't recall experiencing any regressions in functionality since the fork though.
