Brief rant about GTA V price in Israel

Begin rant:
GTA V's pricing in Israel right now is ₪350 which is just about 100$. Really? REALLY???

prices are fucked in plenty of regions. I think no price should ever exceed what they are in the developers target market, because anything higher is just price gouging. if you make a game that you intend to price fairly at 60 usd, then thats the highest it should be anywhere.
