Like seriously, this is something that has been boggling my mind for a long time and still cant find any possible explication.

Is Warner Brothers (as far as Im aware, the current owners for the rights of the game series but correct me if Im wrong) really that lazy not to try and get the game up on the platform or they already forgot that they own the rights?

Ironic thing is: For the most part the first three games run prettty good (except on windows 10 but thats another question) and I have a feeling that these games would be selling like hotcakes because chances are that im not the only one having strong nostalgia in regards of them.

Then again one can always dream, I suppose <.<

I know that there is Lego Harry Potter but that game really doesnt have the same you could say, charm to it to be honest...

WB decided to leave the PC market after they failed repeatedly to find someone who can create at least a half-working port of their games. (The same year the old Japanese publishers decided to start moving back to the PC market…)
Porting an old game to modern systems sometimes can be a difficult job. A lot of times engines are coded to use some specific feature of the CPU/GPU architectures of those times or some codec/API that was widely available back then but never used now. (Like how many games had their cinematics stored in Bink or Apple MOV format.) GOG usually takes over the porting and manages to make them run, but I don't think it is free. And WB/Disney aren't really known to invest in something that may yield only a small profit. Sometimes the administration costs within the company outweigh any potential gain.
