Problem with E3 2017 Digital Ticket Humble Bundle Twitch Crates

I tried activating the twitch crates on twitch after I received them. One crate worked giving me two E3 twitch emotes in the first crate. The second crate showed me the items but they did not go to my twitch inventory.

I already submitted a support ticket around 2 weeks ago to twitch support and I haven't received any response whatsoever. I've thought about making/submitting another ticket but I doubt that it would do anything. I've also thought about contacting Humble Bundle and submitting a support ticket.

What do you suggest that I do? and Has anyone else experienced this problem?
