There are third-party Steam implementations out there. They are illegal and used to bypass Steam, but if Steam would shut down for good, it would be OK to use them.

I seriously hope steam never dies, Its the only application I use for my games apart from Origin for battlefield 3+4. It would be terrible :c

Lol I'd probably pirate every game I had. Which would be a lot. You know, I think I would be more productive. Just today I spent like 6 hours playing competitive CS .. and I will continue doing so.
