so if there is 1000 entries for a giveaway your chance is 100:1000=0.1%

If I roll a six-sided dice 6 times it doesn't guarantee that one of those rolls will be a 6. It just means that one of those rolls will PROBABLY be a 6.

i get it that these question are annoying to old members, but maybe its not clear in the FAQs

the estimated wins is just number to represent the chances you got from entering the giveaway, you can have 5.5 and still win nothing as its all about luck.

Check SteamGiftsPlus to see a % of win for each giveaway. Winner is chosen by Mr. Random, but i think luck is quite important too :P

You ever tried flipping a coin? Technically, you should get it right 50% of the time, but you won't always do that. Even tho statistics says you should have 2 wins after 4 flips that might not happen.
