this whole thing costed around 1500 euro's, according to google that's 2 039.7 U.S. dollars.

Nice rig! If I didn't spend all my money on games I could afford a good PC too. Hang on,..... xD
Minor observation: That 120GB SSD won't last long ;)

of course it will, i only use it to run windows and windows based applications with. the rest is just on my other drive.

I dont understand why people are trying to suggest something that costs way more than they are willing to spend on something.. Besides when the 20nm cards arrive (maybe this year) than a 300$ probably will have a similar performance with that 700$ card

Got myself the 780 Ti. I'm extremely impressed with its performance. There is not one game I can't run at 50 FPS or higher on max graphics settings with max Anti-Aliasing.

well me neither haha! don't need a 780 Ti for that (yet)! in fact, i haven't found a single game yet that goes below 60. :)

first of all my RAM is Crucial DDR3 1600MHZ
and yes these parts are very expensive, you can see the price of the cpu in the link in the topic (270+ dollars).
the motherboard is around 130 euro's which is okay. the graphic card however is around 250 - 300 euro's for the normal ones..
You're better off just using a website that allows you to make your own pc. it's way cheaper.

I would have grabbed a larger SSD, around 240GB.
Your choices are essentially what I'd suggest for a realistic high end single GPU Intel build.

well yeah i wanted to get a bigger one but a 250GB version was more expensive of course and well i kinda started running out of money since that is almost an entire month work right there, i only had 400 euro's left for the rest of the month haha!

Congrats Mate :) i hope you have some nice and smooth gaming on your powerfull PC. I have to wait long to get a new PC and my curent one can't run games made after 2009 :/

buh yeah that sucks.. i just didn't want to go to systemrequirementslab anymore to check whether my pc could handle the games

Nice! I'm sure that's going to be an awesome gaming PC. Congrats!
Mine's still doing pretty well, considering I got it in Feb 2010 (1st gen i7 CPU, Nvidia Geforce GT 430 - 2GB, 4Gb RAM). It runs the newest Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite and Assassin's Creed Black Flag pretty well on high graphics, so your monster of a PC will run everything smoothly. :)

That sounds awesome! and that case looks really good! (well, every single part of these look good xD). Would you mind posting a picture? I'm going to upgrade my computer next week (wont be as good as that one but still :P) and want to see how that case looks :P
Enjoy it!

you can upload it to imgur and just post it in the main post (edit button). take a picture a night too! I bet that case has some lightning, right? :P

well yeah the fans have lighting but for some reason the side is open but no light there. so i'm going to get something, like blue light for that soon. anyway, 2 pics are added :)

Hey guys, i just wanted to tell you about my latest purchase :)
so my old pc had an outdated 460 GTX and a i5 cpu so i wanted something new.
now i have:
Cooler Master CM Storm Stryker
Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5 GHz
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
16GB's of DDR3 1600MHZ memory
a 120GB SSD and a 2TB normal hard disk
a NVIDIA 770GTX (2GB) from MSI
AOC G2460P monitor (24 inch)
I love the new look of my pc, the stryker is AMAZING!
Let me know what you think :)
EDIT: some people were asking about the price. this whole thing costed around 1500 euro's, according to google that's 2 039.7 U.S. dollars. i put this together my self, it was not pre-built.
EDIT: my first test was battlefield 4. the peaks were around 120 FPS and i never saw anything lower than 75 which is amazing! next goal is far cry 3 and tomb raider, but i first need to get new money ^^
EDIT: PICTURES :D

Picture 2
EDIT: i'm going to do a couple of giveaways here, at least two. the first one starts 11-1-2014 and ends 15-11-2014.
