Seto no Hanayome, School Rumble, and ill just say Rosario + Vampire since it was the first I ever watched and I guess it deserves a mention
Sakurasou no pet na Kanajo is a recent one I watched. And idk if you would like To love Ru but that series starts to develop plot later in its storyline, but the way to it is decently long but not boring....although it is full of fanservice so.....

It depends on your tastes, I am currently watching "Eyeshield 21" for a third time xD, also there is "D.Gray-man" the anime is cool but they left with a shitty open ending and the manga isn't worth reading anymore "Bakuman" is from the same creators of Death Note but its totally different concept more comedy focused "Hunter x Hunter" and "Yu Yu Hakusho" from the same author, both awesome animes also "Dragon Ball" (wasn't on your list but it would be strange if you haven't watched it XD), "Bobobo" is a funny and random anime if you like dumb humor and "Toriko" is something like Dragon Ball or One Piece pretty shonen XD I can't remember more since I have been reading more manga lately so I haven't been watching anime but you have already watched a bunch of the good ones, also didn't saw "Fate Stay Night" in your list and there is soon to be made remake of it, I think it will follow a different history line than the original, I hope the suggestions help you

I wonder how you people can rewatch anime so much.. :D
I know about Dragon Ball and I hate it.
I wanted to watch Fate Stay Night, but yeah, I heard about remake, so not sure if I should watch this or the new version when it comes.
I'll look into those other anime.

Since you like SAO the first anime I'd recommend would be Accel World. It's made by the same guy behind SAO and it's in the same universe, but around 20 years (or more) after SAO so the tech and the way VR world works is completely different. Just like with SAO there's lots of drama, action and some romance.
I would then suggest Akame ga Kill! which is really awesome anime. Lots of blood, gore, drama and shit with a bit of comedy.

Since you liked Code Geass I would recommend Aldnoah.Zero. I really liked it, it's similar to Code Geass and the 2nd season is already confirmed.

Because of its genre. There are two different genres when it comes to mecha/giant robots shows.
Super Robots have really different forms and usually are "one of a kind".
Real Robots, like in Code Geass, are mass produced, and usually have more humanoid forms. That's why most of them are similar.

Steins;Gate, Aldnoah.Zero, Barakamon, Terra Formars, Akame ga Kill, Log Horizon. I selected recent series so there shouldn't be a problem to adapt to art. Most of them are action, except for Barakamon which is a really cute and funny anime. Log Horizon is a rpg stylized anime, with a great plot but less action. Steins;Gate is a masterpiece, it have great characters and surprising plot! Aldnoah.Zero is from a very well known Gen Urobochi, known also as Urobutcher so it's a tragic anime until end. Akame ga Kill is a bloody shounen, there are holes but it's an enjoyable watch. Terra Formars is most recent, manga was serialised in the same magazine as Tokyo Ghoul and before anime it was a lot bigger hit, it's also a very bloody anime. All of this series should hit in your taste. I hope you'll pick at last one from this.

Looks like you likes some love stories so try to watch Kokoro Connect or Kanon. And if you likes SAO look at Accel World and No Game No Life.
edit: I see accel world has been recommended already, whatever I think you will like this one.

I'm already seeing the must watch anime recommended many times on the comments (Steins;Gate, Psycho Pass and since you've watched Fate/Zero maybe Fate/Stay Night or wait for the new version that comes soon because of the art Stay/Night has) some other I would say are a must watch would be Bakuman, Katanagatari, Hunter x Hunter, Darker Than Black.
I'll just leave my list here (mainly for show-off but my taste is bad anyway :D)

That list is adorable :P
And that you think you're running out is even more so.
The recommendations also all show a very clear lack of seasoning for the most part.
Anyways since I'm lazy rather than recommend to you a 100 shows that you should still watch I'll just say that that list has a serious lack of GUNDAM. Wing and SEED are my favourites (and Destiny is SEED's sequel). Unfortunately they do tend to recycle the same story though so unless you absolutely love both of the others I wouldn't recommend digging any deeper.
And the only recommendation by someone else I'll second is Trigun. To this day that's one of my favourite shows.
Evangellion is overhyped emo trash created by a suicidal maniac so ignore that recommendation by others. Though they do downplay the overdone drama a bit in the reboot they did recently.
