I noticed on the steam market they are offering discounts again, and I saw that news on a banner across the top. Thanks, Gaben.

Hmmm, just put something up for sale on the marketplace and I didn't get an EMAIL and it went up for sale. Wonder if they haven't fully activated this change yet.

it depends on price. only if you put for over ~$3, you get confirm.

Sell $200 knife for $2.99 = no confirmation required
Sell $0.20 card for $20 = confirmation required

it makes sense, riiight?
