You can still get your key from the won page: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/won

Nope. If you could join, then winner is supposed to send you win, otherwise people could blacklist winners after winning to get win to person he wants to win - there are exceptions such as SGTools giveaway and leaked puzzles,
I also heard different stories about people kicked out of groups but who joined giveaways before kick.

Did you politely thank him ? Also you marked it as received ... why would you do that if you did not already add it ?

Try and contact the gifter. Some gifters do this to prevent the same user from wining multiple times fom them. But you should have not ven been able to enter if you were blacklisted. Unless you did something after you entered.

Guys i just saw that i won he didnt add me and i dont even see who is him and its my second game win and its gift not key so

How long ago did you win? Gifters have 7 days to deliver before you contact support.

if you did nothing against rules do a https://www.steamgifts.com/support/tickets/new
after wait of 7 days

nm - I see you fixed the problem, so I'll delete my suggestion :)

Why everyone suggests contacting support. There is absolutely nothing that support will do about it.
The support ticket line is over a year long, so why submit unnecessary tickets to overload it even more.
Just mark it as Not Received after 7 days and move on.

I contact support but support blacklist me
contact support!

At the time of the giveaway ending, you hadn't activated a win despite marking as received. You therefore, got blacklisted and a new winner has been requested. I see you have now activated said win. So I'll un-blist and cancel the support ticket. That being said, making a thread an hour after it's ended asking where it is when you had un-redeemed wins is kind of shitty.

Blacklisting doesn't affect getting the game at all had it been sent.

It's up to everyone to blacklist whoever they want and whenever they want. Yes, the creator could have contacted the winner and asked what happened to the unactivated gift and then also helped make piece in the middle east, but they are not required to do so if they see there are rules broken.

Trust me - I am 100% for using the blacklist for whatever you want to use it for. People who break rules, annoy you, disagree with you, slept with your mother, whatever.
But this thread pops up quite often. I'm not saying "don't blacklist your winner." I'm saying "wait until things are finalized." Doing it immediately just leads to confused people and more people asking this same question.

That's not particularly uncommon either. At the end of the day, I checked to see if they had broken the rules before sending, they had so I blacklisted and requested a reroll. Bit harsh? Maybe, but then again it isn't unreasonable to expect people to read the FAQ.

I can see I'm not going to convince you of anything, so I'll drop this here. However, I feel very strongly that the thread creator was entirely justified in asking "hey, what happened?" in this case. And you're kind of being an asshole by accusing him of doing something wrong by asking on the forums when you cut off his easiest way of asking you privately and directly.

I never said he was doing anything wrong by asking on the forums, I said it was kind of shitty to ask where your game was an hour after it had ended, blacklisted or otherwise.
He activated his win and got the one from me as well as being un-blacklisted. He did however break the site rules in the first place. Have they learned from it? Yeah I think, hopefully it won't happen again and everything will be cool. This time. Most just carry on regardless.
I am not going to be made to feel guilty because I got fed up of people breaking the rules and tried to give someone else a chance of winning.

Thank you for correcting my grammar on the internet. Now the rest of the world can sleep tonight.

I understand that it's against the rules to mark the GA as received despite not activating the gift/key, and I understand your loyalty of following the rules of the site, but you should at least contact the winner why they haven't activated their key instead of blacklisting immediately--that just causes confusion to the end user as we've seen here.
Just like you, I check to see if the winner activated the gift, and when I noticed they haven't I contact them via comments on Steamgifts. Some responded by not knowing these rules and thanking me for reminding them, and other were due to Steam's cache not updating for me, so I couldn't see the game on their account unless I did a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5).

He already activated it and the ga creator closed the reroll request and sent the game.

you have to wait the full 7 days before a reroll gets approved - I had a winner with 2 unactivated wins (obvious regifts) and asked for a reroll right away, but since he won them only 1-2 days earlier I was told to wait till the 7 days were up.

Finally? You had it within 2 hours of the giveaway ending. Had you not tried to trade your last win away you would have had it within minutes of it ending. You might also want to mark it as received...

Really dude, you were trying to trade away your first win, a blacklisting is fair.

Well, they certainly need to update their thread. :P

The thing that i m not on pc till friday i cant redeem keys
Comment has been collapsed.
I can wait until Friday. It doesn't really matter at this point, if he activates it, great. If he doesn't I report, get it marked as received and he gets a ban. Not really worth it over a $1 tier game from HB like, but to each their own.

How does that have to do anything with the fact that you tried to trade away your first win ?
