Welp, got here too late and it's already fixed for Arg too.
It wasn't as insane of a deal as when High on Life bugged out last year and I got it for cents tho, so I'm not kicking myself for missing this one.

Ahh rip, it was price bugged on Turkey, but later got fixed, then Argentina was the last one, but rip fixed.

Does the xbox.com site provide steam keys or it's a license connected to your Microsoft account?

Microsoft has it's own store, so no Steam keys. You download games either through the Microsoft Store in Windows, or the Xbox app.
