I have one open from 3 weeks ago requesting a new winner... I also had 2 answered within a few hours yesterday... I kinda depends on how easy it is to do, who can do it, etc... though I also am uncertain about the one that carried over from the old site...

As it says, there will be no comment on the ticket. At this time not even staff can put comments on user reports. We review them, take what action we deem necessary (if any) and close the report. The specifics of actions taken against other community members is not shared. The only way you know what action was taken is if you see the user's profile suspended. If not, then either no action was taken, a note was made on their profile, or it's something they've already served a suspension for.

How long did you wait for your ticket to be processed?
Because i made one in the old site (3 weeks ago) and i don't know if it's too long and should make a new one, or i'ts normal and should wait.
