$ from giveaway not applying

Finished my first giveaway just a couple minutes ago (yay), and the gift was sent and received. Is there a delay between that time, and when the $ value is applied to my account so I can join the designated contributor giveaways?

Instantaneous on the profile but for some reason there's a short delay in the ability to enter giveaways for the new amount. Usually no more than 10 minutes.

I think you can't enter for giveaways that need contributor value and started before you had the requirements. I might be wrong though but that's the way it worked in the beginning, while it was being tested.

Nope. I specifically remember an instance where I didn't qualify for a giveaway then the person who I sent the gift to finally marked it as received and I was able to enter. I remember cause it was a game that's on my wishlist and was anxiously awaiting the person to mark my gift as received.

Its messed up. My last 3 giveaways haven't moved my amount up at all. And the calculations doesn't add up at all since my total is an odd ball number with cent's when my giveways have have been only 1 cent off a full dollar.

Contribution values of bundle games work different. You've hit your 20%, so you have to give away more non-bundle games to get any value from the bundle games.

The first 25$ of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of 30$ with bundle games alone (25$ + (20%*25$)).

Formula:

adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )

contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )
