I really think this is true.

I would like to say this to others who are looking here, but if people want to play the game, it is important to do light exercises for people hips and joints to increase muscle tone, as this will really improve your endurance shop concentration.

Just the other day it was 70f here, it just fluctuates between 30f and 65f so shorts one day and sweats the next. Today, Christmas Eve it was 50f and rained all day. Ah well.
