Can anyone from US help me (about iTunes)

I dont know if this is the place or not but here i am, desperate. A friend of mine bought an app for me as a gift from app store (oxford ode&ote deluxe for 60$ as a gift) it is available in turkish app store so we thought there wont be any problems, but thanks to apple i cant use the code even though the app is available. I contacted support and they just said that they cannot provide me information (?!).

I gave support soon-to-be-my us address (as an english philology student i will come to us in 2 months or less) and asked them to change or create a new itunes account for me but again they told me that they cant give me any information.

So basicly i need someone to help me change my information, or create a new itunes us account. Any help would be great and i will do my best to pay back the good will.

You can create a US account easily enough. Go to the US app store and buy a free app. Create an account with your US address and when you get to the payment options you will have a "none" option. Pick this (I'm assuming you don't have a US credit card). You now have a US account so you should be able to redeem the gift.

You'll be able to sync and update this fine on your iDevice. It won't interfere with your existing account. You can switch between your Turkish and US accounts from the Store prefs.

Yea mate i tried it but it gives an error and error simply says "contact support to complete this transaction" and i did, as i mentioned earlier they just say that they cant give me more information. i am desperate now, support refuses to help, and i tried every single way (even tried prepaid gift card)

You could buy a US iTunes gift card and make an account out of it.

that is the issue, i have 3 different us itunes gift cards and again as i mentioned before it is not working it says "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction" i have 2x 20$ and 1x 15$ gift cards :(

yep, i tried buying a free app from my iphone,ipad and itunes from windows and mac then entering the redeemable code, i tried same without entering the redeemable code, i tried creating a new account without purchasing a free app, every single possibility. and last mail from them is just to wait for god knows what.

Are you positive the cards still have money on them? You could always ask a US friend to make an account for you.

Try using a vpn with a US exit node, maybe that will solve the problem?

to redeem the codes i have? to purchase the applications i need (like the oxford ode&ote deluxe etc. which are not available on ipa repos etc because of their high price)

try using a "proxy" so you have an american ip address then make a itunes account through the proxy. stay on the proxy untill you redeem the code then it should all work :)

thanks for the tip but as i already mentioned earlier i already tried blackvpn and hotspot shield both are usa vpns :(

Are you trying to use the same email for the turkish app store and the us app store?, you need to register with a Different email for each itunes account.

of course not, my turkish store app account is from yahoo, and i tried both (new ofc) yahoo and gmail for the us store. I just need someone to create a legit us account with my information for me :(
