Lol, scammers are silly, just plain silly.

I just got friend requested by a guy offering to buy a copy of Left 4 Dead from me if I went first, and he not only had the exact same spiel as the last 2 guys who had tried (and failed) to scam me, but both of them were on his friends list and had left him +reps. It was just silly, and chances are they're all the same guy, too. I'm not sure if it's absolute dedication, or sheer stupidity that you'd try to scam the same guy three times.

Has anyone here had any funny experiences with scammers before? If so, post em, the only one I've ever heard about was the guy who pretended he was a steam employee and that he needed you to send him your giftable games so he could "check and make sure they were legitimate."
