Wait 7 days, then try contacting the creator, then mark 'not received' (if he doesn't deliver).

Two things, you are not allowed to call out so better remove the profile link. Also wait a week or 2 and then mark as not received

1. Don't call.
2. He have A WEEK to deliver this game to you.
3. You signed via registration, that you have read this: click me. Read it now please....

wait for at least 7 days, then mark it as not received..
maybe he didnt watch the giveaway every second of his life ;)
