Lenovo y510p won't boot

My Lenovo y510p that I have had for only a few months will not boot. The only boot options I have are IPx4 and 6, and in BIOS no HDD or anything is detected. I may have jarred the laptop and loosened something. Any suggestions?

if your lucky the hard drives cable has jarred loose, if your not its deader than a dodo would be my guess, either way youll need to open it up or ask/pay for somone else to do so
