Hmmm, this is odd...

So, i was arting and this happened. Curious case, is it not?

Anyway, there is a gib hidden in the picture. You'll need external assistance from a simple tool to solve this puzzle. I won't name the tool (yet), because that would make the solution obvious.

The GA ends on May 27th 2016. I think that's enough time to solve this. I'll be dropping hints every few days, so don't worry if you don't get it at first glance.

It flashes a cat for a second and then it's gone.

Tested it on chrome and it works. The issue seems to be with firefox.

Reminds me of the stuff I see at work all the time... I have to do a lot of file carving which often leads to images looking like that...
